If you're looking to change your snack routine, we've got the perfect recipe for you, Sweet and spicy edamame.

To start the edamame you need a big pot of boiling water with a heavy pinch of salt. Add a pound and a half of edamame and let it cook for about five minutes.

Next, make the souse for the dish - a couple of table spoons of olive oil and about three cloves of garlic. Then add a couple of table spoons of chili paste, about a cup of rice wine vinegar, a quarter cup of brown sugar, a quarter cup of white sugar, a table spoon of sesame oil, a couple of table spoons of soy souse.

Let all this come to a quick boil.

You know the edamame is done when it starts to float at the top.

Drain it off and add it to the mixture. Add about a teaspoon of sesame seed to it.
