Federal Jury Indicts Waterloo Man on Drug Charges

A federal grand jury has indicted a Waterloo man after police said he obtained powder cocaine to cook into crack for sale.

33-year-old Earl Denson Mosley III is charged with possession of crack cocaine with intent to distribute and possession of cocaine with intent to manufacture crack.

The Waterloo-Cedar Falls Courier reports Waterloo police arrested Mosley Monday. He pleaded not guilty in U.S. District Court in Cedar Rapids.

Mosley's trial is scheduled for April.
