Two days after guilty plea, Nancy Krapfl's family 'relieved' to find closure

A guilty plea more than three years after the murder of a Dubuque woman left family members stunned there was even a plea at all. Thursday afternoon 22-year-old Helmon Betwell entered a guilty plea to the first-degree murder of 66-year-old Nancy Krapfl- sentenced to life in prison without a chance of parole.
