Officials in Cedar Rapids are looking at a program that would offer vouchers to low-income families to help them buy a bike. Under the city’s plan, once people are approved, they could either get a $700 voucher for a bike or $900 for an electric bike.
It will cost about $20,000 to get a service dog for Ezekial. Once the money is fully raised, an organization in Ohio called ‘4 Paws for Ability’ will breed and train a dog to help Ezekial.
