UNI survives in overtime win at Bradley

PEORIA, Illinois (KCRG) - For awhile, it looked like Northern Iowa was going to easily come away with a win against Bradley after leading by 18 points with less than 10 minutes left in the fourth quarter. But Bradley fought back and forced overtime.

In the final seconds, Northern Iowa led 81-78, the Braves made a three-pointer at the buzzer and cheered thinking they had forced a second overtime. The refs waived off the basket after replay showed the shot didn't get off in time.

Mikaela Morgan tied a career-high 18 points.

The Panthers return home for three straight games, starting with Valparaiso on Friday.
