UNI avoids upset against Dubuque

CEDAR FALLS, Iowa (KCRG) - Northern Iowa returned home for the first time in more than a month on Saturday, but almost had an unwelcome homecoming.

The Panthers rallied from a 10-point second half deficit against the University of Dubuque to win 75-67 ending their three-game losing streak.

A.J. Green finished with a team-high 20 points. Luke McDonnell added 14 points and six rebounds.

Northern Iowa faces Iowa in the Hy-Vee Classic on Saturday.
