Northern Iowa blanks Indiana State on the road

TERRE HAUTE, Indiana (KCRG-TV9) - After a rough start to the season, the Northern Iowa football team has found some momentum. The Panthers shutout Indiana State on the road 33-0 to open conference play.

Trevor Allen rushed for 180 yards and two touchdowns. Former Hawkeye Ryan Boyle, who's now the starting quarterback for Indiana State, was 13 of 25 for 136 yards and one interception.
