Marion headed back to title game after shooting lights out against Mason City

DES MOINES, Iowa (KCRG) - Marion is headed back to the title game for a third consecutive year after defeating Mason City in the Class 4A semi-finals, 75-54.

Once again, the Indians were on fire from the three-point line hitting 13 3-pointers. They made 12 on Tuesday versus Xavier.

Kayba Laube led the team with 20 points. Ella Van Weelden added 16 points, including five 3-pointers and also collected 15 rebounds.

Marion will face North Scott in the title game at 3 p.m. on Saturday.
