Kennedy wins MVC wrestling title, Braswell wins fourth title

IOWA CITY, Iowa. (KCRG) - For the first time in program history, the Kennedy Cougars placed first overall as a team at the Mississippi Valley Conference wrestling championships.

Overall, the Cougars had four individual winners helping them to a 221 team score. Prairie finished second place with 185 points.

Prairie's Conrad Braswell made history becoming the 10th wrestler all-time to win four conference titles, the first from the Cedar Rapids area.
