IOWA CITY, Iowa (KCRG) - On Wednesday, Tania Davis hit the game-winning three-pointer against Iowa State. On Saturday, Megan Gustafson surpassed 2,000 career points versus IUPUI. What got lost was the return of junior guard Kathleen Doyle.

Doyle missed the first seven games of the season with a hand fracture.
She came back against Iowa State and led the team with 22 points.

"I'm not going to lie, I struggled a lot not being able to play," said Doyle. "If anyone who knows me knows that I just love playing basketball and I'm so happy to be on this team."

Iowa hosts Northern Iowa on Sunday.
