IOWA (AP) -- Iowa will likely keep bringing sophomore A.J. Epenesa off the bench and move Barrington Wade into the starting lineup to replace injured linebacker Nick Niemann.

Defensive coordinator Phil Parker says the goal is to keep Epenesa as fresh as possible. Iowa is 3-1 this season and off this weekend. The Hawkeyes visit Minnesota on Oct. 6.
