Cyclone players reflect on culture change of football program

SAN ANTONIO, Texas (KCRG) - No matter what happens during Friday's game, Matt Campbell has brought the Iowa State football program to a new level.

The senior class has gone through a 2-10 season, two 3-9 seasons and jumped all the way to 8-5 last year. If the Cyclones get their ninth win on Friday, it'd be just the third time in school history they've had a nine-win season.

"It changed my life forever because after my second year, I really was done with football," said senior linebacker Willie Harvey.

Kickoff for Friday's Alamo Bowl is 8 p.m.
