CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG) - Mother nature has created some headaches for several area basketball teams in the final weeks of the regular season. Recent snow and cold temperatures have forced teams to cancel practice and postpone games.
Friday night was the first time several teams had seen any game action in almost a week.
"We haven't played in 10 days," said Cedar Rapids Washington head coach Chris James. "I know everybody is in the same boat. It's not like we're the only ones."
