IOWA CITY, Iowa. (KCRG) - When the 16th ranked Ohio State Buckeyes come to Carver-Hawkeye Arena on Saturday, there are a few individual accolades to look out for.
Junior guard Jordan Bohannon sits just five points away from registering his 1,000th career point as a Hawkeye. Once he scores five, he'll join his brothers Matt and Jason as Bohannons that have reached the milestone.
""It's pretty special to have brothers like I have to be able to grow up with and watch them and learn from." Bohannon said. "There's not a lot of people around the country that's had a family like we have that's been able to do what we've been fortunate enough to do and to have brothers like I've had to grow up with has just been special"
Tyler Cook also can make history, if he registeres nine rebounds he'd be added to the impressive list of Iowa players who've scored 1,000 points while also registering 500 rebounds. Cook took media members on Friday that his knee injury is no longer a concern, and that he expects to play on Saturday.
