WEST LAFAYETTE, Indiana (KCRG) - Going into Saturday's game in West Lafayette, Iowa still had a shot at winning the Big Ten West, but those hopes are probably gone after the Hawkeyes lost on Saturday, 38-36.

The Boilermakers won the game on a 25-yard field goal from Spencer Evans with eight seconds left. Quarterback David Blough threw for 333 yards and four touchdowns.

Iowa hosts Northwestern next Saturday.
