UPDATE: Police identify man found dead in Waterloo lake

Waterloo Police have identified the man found dead on a boat Monday afternoon.
Chief Dan Trelka says 78-year-old Larry Cunningham was found dead inside his boat on Brinker Lake.
Foul play is not suspected.

Waterloo Police are investigating the death of a man found on a boat Monday afternoon.
Police said just after 12:30 p.m. a passerby reported a boat going in circles on Brinker Lake with a man slumped over. Emergency crews responded and found the man was dead.
Officers said they think it was a medical issue and do not suspect foul play.
