CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG) - Heavy snow fell across southern Iowa on Sunday with strong winds causing blizzard conditions. There was a sharp cutoff in the snowfall near Interstate 80, where a difference of six to seven inches occurred over a few miles’ distance.
