UIHC agrees to pay respiratory therapists for overtime

Some therapists who work for University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics are getting more than $95,000.
The Department of Labor found UIHC used illegal methods to pay overtime to 90 respiratory therapists.
The payouts range from $23 to $4,000.
The Department started this investigation last September after the therapists union filed a complaint.
