Tata Consultancy Services announce lay-offs

Tata Consultancy Services, or TCS, is laying off employees in Cedar Rapids.
Last year, the company started partnering with Transamerica's Life and Annuities business. And now TCS says it's transitioning to a digital operating model, and some jobs within the company are no longer required.
TCS say the lay-offs affect fewer than 40 of the more than 800 employees in Cedar Rapids.
