With winds turning slightly more southerly today, we’ll feel our temperatures warm up just a bit more this afternoon. Also, the amount of moisture in the air will have increased just slightly, and that may make it feel just slightly more humid today. Still, it won’t be muggy by any means. A few afternoon fair weather clouds may pop-up but we will be mainly sunny today. Tonight, skies will remain mostly clear with temperatures staying in the low 60s to near 60 for overnight lows. Hopefully you were able to take advantage of the weekend because the heat and humidity ramps up on Monday. We’ll warm into the upper 80s and lower 90s, with dew points closing in on 70 for the first day of the workweek. A relatively weak cold front looks to dive in from the north Monday night, and that could bring our temperatures and dew points down a few degrees for Tuesday and Wednesday. However, it will be a dry passage of the front as far as rain goes.
