Storms continue overnight Sunday night
Showers and storms will be likely tonight. This will be especially true for areas north of Highway 30, where some storms may be strong and also contain heavy rain. Farther south the chances are slightly less, but a few storms are still a good bet. Temperatures drop to around 70 for an overnight low. On Monday, the front will be set to move through, and it will likely trigger more scattered showers and storms. Clouds and rain will keep our temperatures down in the upper 70s north to middle 80s south. Some storms could be strong in our southern counties, but much will depend on what happens Sunday night and early Monday morning. Rain chances will mainly wrap up Monday night, leading us into a very quiet workweek with little to no chances for rain and temperatures near to slightly above average.
