CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG) - Look for another cloudy and cold November day. Highs will stay in the 30-35 range.
Our next system is still set to move into eastern Iowa tonight and should bring some snow with it. Generally, the northern half of our area is favored for a trace-1" of snowfall during the night, with areas around Iowa City and points south favored for 1-2" of snowfall.
Given that this is the first accumulating snowfall of the season, we'll likely have some slick roads developing tonight into Friday morning. Use your head regarding following distance and speed, and remember to drive for the conditions that are present.
The wind will increase going into Friday afternoon with gusts over 30mph possible.
