Semi caught fire on Highway 151

The Dubuque County Sheriff’s Office says a semi fire started about 11:30 a.m. at the intersection of Highway 151 and the south end of 12 Mile Road near Bernard, traveling northbound.
The left rear tire caught on fire due to overheated breaks. The damage is limited to the left side tire and axle. It tied up traffic for about 10 to 15 minutes. There were no injuries.
