Possible amendment to medical cannabis program

The Iowa House approved an amendment 96-3 to Iowa's medical cannabis program.

They want to remove the 3% cap on T-H-C, the chemical that allows for a high, from the medicinal oils.

Instead it says dispensaries cannot provide more than 25 grams of T-H-C to a patient or primary caregiver in a ninety day period.

It's now headed to the senate.
