WATERLOO, Iowa (KCRG) - A Waterloo man is facing charges after he allegedly abused a girl under the age of 12, according to a report from the Waterloo Police Department.
The report says William Iehl, 42, of Waterloo, is accused of sexually abusing a girl while she was between the ages of 7 and 11.
He was arrested Sunday and charged with 2nd-degree sexual abuse after his family brought him to the Waterloo Police Department, according to the report.
The report says Iehl told the family what happened, and that the last was incident two weeks ago.
Police said the Child Protection Center interviewed the victim.
Ihel’s bond was set for $50,000. His mugshot was not immediately available.
