Person accidentally shot in Waterloo

Authorities say 43-year-old Catherine Robertson was accidentally shot on the 1000 block of Logan Avenue on June 15 at 11:20 p.m.

Authorities say Robertson was accidentally shot by a suspect when the suspect was trying to shoot another person that was fighting with family members at the residence on Logan Avenue.

Authorities did not release information on the gunshot wound.

No arrests were made and the case is closed.
