Man arrested after indecent exposure incidents in Cedar Falls

CEDAR FALLS, Iowa (KCRG) - A 35-year-old has been arrested after several indecent exposure incidents near the University of Northern Iowa (UNI).

After a joint investigation between the Cedar Falls and UNI Police Departments, 35-year-old Benjamin Lewis Williams, who lives in Reinbeck, was arrested by the Iowa Falls Police on Wednesday.

Authorities say the arrest warrant was issued by the Black Hawk County police after several indecent exposure incidents were reported to the Cedar Falls and UNI Police Departments.

Cedar Falls police have charged him with two counts of indecent exposure.

UNI police say they've charged Williams for incidents that happened on their campus. Their charges include four counts of Indecent Exposure and three counts of Harassment.

Williams was taken to the Black Hawk County Jail and processed on the charges.
