The Johnson County Auditor's Office wants to clear the air about an issue with its election website.

A glitch on their site started sending voters addresses to the wrong precinct. Johnson County Auditor Travis Weipert said it happened with some rural precincts' links. Weipert said, he's not sure how long it's been providing the wrong location, but the problem has been fixed. He said he's confident nobody was affected since we're still several weeks away from the election.

"This is just the precautionary measure if anyone had looked up their polling site for the November election day which we're a couple of weeks out from. I doubt anybody was thinking that far out in advance," said Weipert. "We just want to make sure nobody thinks their site changed or anything like that"

Weipert said the glitch had no effect on early voting or satellites. To find your polling place, you can also go to the Secretary of State's website,
