Cyclone women rise in latest AP poll, men and women's Hawkeye basketball fall

CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG) - In the latest Associated Press standings, Iowa State University women's basketball is moving up in the ranks.

The Cyclones went from 26 last week to number 23 this week. For the Cyclone men, they've moved down in the ranks, coming in at 33 compared to 29 last week.

For Iowa Hawkeye basketball, the men and women have dropped in the ranks.

The AP poll released on December 3 has the men coming in at number 18, down from 14 last week.

The Hawkeye women also dropped a few spots, coming in at 18 in comparison to 14 last week.
