CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG-TV9) - Iowa Brewing Company still needed volunteers Saturday and also had some beer to get rid of.

All of the volunteers hard work was rewarded with free beer because the owner had some beer kegs that did not fit into the truck.

"In '08 we spent the day moving things three feet but we needed 10ft now we've had many more volunteers it's amazing what free beer can do," owner Brian Stephan said.

A man also pulled up with a truckload of sand bags asking if the brewery needed any more. Showing how much team work is going into the sandbagging effort in downtown Cedar Rapids.

There is a curfew starting at 8 p.m. in the evacuation zone of Cedar Rapids.
