Inmate serving robbery sentence in Polk County dies
An inmate serving a robbery sentence in Polk County died on Tuesday.
Timothy Leroy Douglas passed away at the Univerity of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics from a long illness, not related to COVID-19.
Douglas was 58 years old. He was serving a 25-year maximum sentence for robbery in Polk County. His incarcerations started on September 30, 2004.
