Hazel Green man accused of inappropriately touching young children

Investigators say a Hazel Green, Wisconsin man had sexual contact with children and recorded the abuse on his phone.

Investigators say they found several of the videos on Caleb Durr's phone. The 18-year-old faces four counts of second degree sexual abuse. Law officers say Durr admitted to making the recordings during an interview.
