Look for skies to be partly cloudy through the night, as winds start to come out of the east-northeast. With a few more clouds, and a slightly stronger wind, fog should be less of an issue tonight, compared to last night. Heading into Monday, winds will increase even more as an area of low pressure passes us by to our south. Winds could gust up to 30 mph, especially south of I-80. Otherwise, we can expect a mixture of sun and clouds, with temperatures in the upper 40s to low 50s.

Spring officially begins in the late morning on Tuesday, but it will not feel very much like spring. Highs will be mainly in the 30s for most of eastern Iowa, with low 40s a good bet south. However, this will be a short-lived cool spell with temperatures climbing back to near averages for the end of the week. Our next chance for rain arrives Friday.
