Duchess Cleaners going out of business after fire

CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG) - After more than 50 years of service, Duchess Cleaners has announced they are going out of business after a fire on August 20.

The company was a random target of an arsonist in Cedar Rapids at their Center Point Road NE location.

The company made the announcement on their Facebook page October 9.

"The past few weeks have been a whirlwind of frustration and disappointment," the company said on their post.

The last day for orders to be picked up is October 31.
