Dubuque's Miller Riverview Campground reopens after flooding

DUBUQUE, Iowa (KCRG-TV9) -- Dubuque's Miller Riverview Campground has reopened after flooding caused it to close September 5.

The campground, also known as Camp 17, sits on the riverfront of the Mississippi River.

The city will issue refunds to campers with reservations between September 5 and September 12.

The campground was also flooded and closed for Fourth of July.
