A Farley dentist will now be filling the town hall.

On Monday, March 20, the Farley City Council voted to sell the city hall building to Dr. Ryan Stuntz. Right now, he has his office in half of the building. Stuntz is offering $155,000 to buy the rest of the building and expand his office.

The sale is expected to close on April 6. The council will hold a public hearing to discuss a temporary location at it's meeting on April 2. One option for that is to move into an empty building next to Greenwood Grocery. The city would be in that building for approximately 8-9 months.

City Hall hasn't found a permanent location.
