FAIRFAX, Iowa (KCRG) - The Linn County Sheriff's Office says three people were injured in Friday morning's crash on Hwy. 151 in Fairfax.

Deputies were called to Highway 151, just north of East Cemetery Road, at 7:35 a.m. Friday morning for a report of a head-on crash involving two vehicles.
