Cooler Sunday with an isolated shower possible early

The cold front responsible for igniting the storms Saturday night will push through eastern Iowa today. As it does, there will be at least a chance of an isolated shower or storm as it moves through. The greatest chance for this will be during the mid to late morning, as the actual front moves through. Winds will be a little breezy out of the southwest this morning, gusting up to 30 mph at times, but will lighten some this afternoon as they turn westerly. With the clouds and storm chances, temperatures will be held in check today in the low and middle 80s for highs for most.

Tonight, winds will turn northwesterly, allowing a somewhat drier and cooler air mass to filter into the region. Lows will be in the low and middle 60s, and will lead us into a seasonable and less muggy Monday. Temperatures will remain in
