Comedian, Actress Amy Schumer To Perform In Iowa City

You know her from movie Trainwreck or her stand up comedy. And now it's making it's way to the University of Iowa campus. Amy Schumer will bring her comedy tour to Carver-Hawkeye Arena Friday, April 22.

Schumer's tour kicks off April 7th in Reading, Pennsylvania and only consists of 19 stops.

Tickets go on sale Friday, March 18. Tickets are $25 for the first 3,000 students, $35 for the second 3,000 students and $70 thereafter and for the general public. You can buy them at the Welcome Center of the IMU, at Ticketmaster or at

Schumer is the creator, star, writer and executive producer of "Inside Amy Schumer", a popular Comedy Central television series and was recently picked up for a fifth season. Her first book "The Girl with The Lower Back Tattoo" will be published August 16.
