CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG) - Plan on a colder and windy Wednesday. While the gusts won't nearly be as strong as yesterday, it'll be enough to bring the wind chills down to around zero this morning. Wind chills of 5-15 will be common this afternoon. The sky should remain pretty clear today, too.
Tonight, plan on increasing clouds as warm front approaches, bringing us back to around seasonal averages for highs tomorrow and Friday.
As we approach the weekend, snow will become likely on Saturday. While the heaviest still looks to be to our south, there's enough moisture around for some light accumulation across much of our area. We'll sort out these details as they become more clear.
Otherwise, temperatures will generally hang in the 30s for highs through next week with lows into the 20s.
