City of Dubuque asking for information after dog biting incident Thursday
The City of Dubuque Health Services Department is hoping to find out more information after a dog was involved in a biting incident Thursday night.
The City says the incident happened near Windsor Avenue and Davis Street around 6 p.m.
Reports say the dog was being walked by a woman with short gray hair, who said she was visiting the city with the dog.
The dog was small and less than 15 pounds, with white curly hair.
The Health Department is hoping to find out more information about the dog's health and vaccination history.
