Driver crashes into Black Hawk patrol vehicle; no one hurt

BLACK HAWK COUNTY, Iowa (KCRG) - No one was hurt when a driver slammed into the back of Black Hawk County Sheriff's Office patrol vehicle over the weekend.

It happened just before 10:50 a.m. Sunday on I-380 near Raymond.

The sheriff's office said two patrol cars were at the scene of a separate crash when a car heading south spun out of control. it crashed into the back of one of the patrol cars.

No one was hurt.

Captain Mark Herbst said weather and speed were likely factors.
