Benefits of a colorful diet
There are various ways to develop and maintain healthy skin.
Drinking plenty of water is an easy way. Also eat good fats, such as those found in salmon and almonds. They may prevent winkles by reducing inflammation. Cut back on refined/added sugar; it can harm skin's elasticity. Choose vegetables high in beta-carotene, such as carrots, sweet potatoes and butternut squash.Include a colorful variety of fruits and vegetables in your diet.
Exercise helps too. Aim to do at least 30 minutes of physical activity each day. Maintain a healthy weight. Obesity may accelerate the aging process. Also get enough sleep. Sleep allows your body to repair and renew cells that are damaged during the day.
