Cedar Rapids police say 25-year-old Ashley Nicole Pennington of Cedar Rapids was brought to the Linn County Jail on Thursday after spending time in the Polk County Jail on unrelated charges.

Police say Pennington was driving a 2000 Honda Accord, which had been reported stolen on September 26, when she failed to yield on a left-hand turn at C Street and 20th Avenue SW on October 1.
