DECATUR COUNTY, Iowa (KCRG-TV9) -- An adult and three children were taken to the hospital after a school bus accident on February 28 near Leon.
Bruce Miller, 31, of Leon, was driving on 215th Street when he ran off the road while overcorrecting.
Miller reportedly went off the road to the right and overcorrected to cause the bus to run off the left side of the road before stopping in a cornfield.
All of the children from Garden Grove were taken to the hospital. Two were taken by ambulance, while one was taken by their parents.
Miller was taken to the hospital by the Leon Police Department.
The Iowa State Patrol, Decatur County Sheriff's Office, and Leon Fire Rescue assisted at the scene of the accident.
