Three people have been arrested after a traffic stop Wednesday in Waterloo.

Police responded to the 200 block of Brookeridge Drive at 11:56 p.m. for a report of two men walking around inside the apartment building.

Officers conducted a traffic stop in the area and found two of the people in the vehicle matched the description made by the reporting party.

An investigation found 25-year-old Adnan Albegic and Lakendrick Mosley, 27, conspired to commit a robbery at the apartment building address the two were allegedly walking around in.

28-year-old Cletio Clark was also arrested as a result of the incident on a 1st Degree Robbery warrant issued by the Fort Dodge Police Department. Clark was released to their custody.

Albegic and Mosley were charged with Conspiracy to Commit Robbery and taken to the Black Hawk County Jail.
