CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG) - Police say the interstate has been reopened.

CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG) - Police have shut down southbound lanes of Interstate 380 at Wright Brothers Blvd. early Sunday morning. They said they are investigating an accident.
