West High runs away late, tops rival City High 57-52

IOWA CITY, Iowa (KCRG) - The Iowa City West Women of Troy took down their rival Iowa City High 57-52 on Friday night. Following the win, West High improves to 6-3 while the Little Hawks drop to 7-3.
