Athlete of the Week: Justin Recker

MONTICELLO, Iowa (KCRG) - Justin Recker is a four-sport athlete at Monticello High School. This basketball season, he leads the Panthers in scoring, rebounds and blocks. Last year, Monticello made its first ever state tournament appearance and Recker is hoping to lead the team back to Des Moines this season.
