A slow moving overnight storm dropping over 5 inches of rain caused Flint Creek and Smith Creek in Wellman. Streets on the south side of town are still closed due to the high water that is slowly receeding. One business (Wellman Farm Center) on the SW side of town was said to have about 18 inches of water inside the building.
